Got confettied, ballooned and root beer float feted so far at work, after a breakfast date with my youngest grand. A terrific day, all around, so far!

Thanks for the b-day wishes. It was fabu, right up until the freakin' hail storm hit two days after the adjuster came by from the last hail storm. By the way, vinyl fencing is great, until it isn't.

Not sure, but it'll be interesting finding out... the adjuster was a long way from home; he's from FL - hopefully he hadn't left town yet...
