Help Wanted: Preferably Caucasian

Cynet Systems, a Virginia tech staffing company ran a job posting on LinkedIn and other sites for a mid-senior level business development position. The top qualification listed for the position was "preferably Caucasian." Although the ad received a large amount of media backlash, it took the company two days to remove the posting. The company appears to have run at least one other ad specifying "female candidates only" for an account manager position. According to the company, the employees responsible for the Caucasian posting have been terminated.
It is unusual (and incredibly stupid) for companies to be this blatant about their hiring practices, although according to Flock, this sort of prejudice doesn't exist anymore except among a handful of white supremacists and almost all liberals.

Sounds like somebody was trying to sabotage3 them. Look at their site. The ads were blatanly not according to their policies. Reverse affirmative action?

Maybe it was Jussie Smollett.
Polly posts from the batphone again. And he does his broken record again.

Here's another question-do you, sss, and various media agencies just troll for this type of egregious weirdness for self fullfilling prophecies?
Cause who EVER heard of Cynet before this?

Here's something that will be very helpful to everyone , polly. Whenever you want to use my name 'flock' in a post, please substitute 'my rightwing strawman' instead. You will increase your accuracy rate by at least 80%. That is how I would prefer you address me. And if you don't, you are a bigot based on your own definition.

They posted this job opening on LinkedIn, Glassdoor, and a number of other job sites. People (probably job seekers) spotted it and posted it on their social media sites.
Nowadays, if anyone posts something dumb online, it's usually only a matter of time before it gets picked up and circulated.
Inc. Magazine certainly heard of them before this controversy:

Here's something that will be very helpful to everyone. Stop posting things that are either:
1) incredibly stupid
2) third-hand recyclings of standard right-wing messaging (NOTE: There's quite a bit of overlap between 1 and 2)
3) lame, unfunny attempts at sarcasm.
Of course, if you do, we'll never hear from you again on the Bored.

Like I said...trolling. Not like they're AON Hewitt/Alight etc. You didn't really answer stuff, but that's okay.
