Hola.

Please tell us about your health and fitness and enaht. (Enaht, that's what I'm supposed to day?)

For me, I'm kind of a mess this week or so. The good news is that I got the blood work back relating to my calf problem and all my blood looks good. Including cholesterol (though I could work to get it lower).

I have an appointment with a neurologist about the problem in my leg which is very likely some sort of nerve problem. It makes it uncomfortable to sit or drive--making me a little scarce around here. Unfortunately, I don't get to see the neurologist until next month.

I also have some sort of sinus problem that is lingering and making me sleep poorly. It makes my throat sore at night.

Had some nice workouts and have been eating well.

Back on the elliptical. Same settings, same RPM, which was nice to see. GW is having issues getting back up to speed, so to speak. Have switched the exercise timing to work around BD's morning preparations and still get myself ready on time. It gets me another half hour of sleep, more or less.

To work on: stop eating when I'm in the kitchen! Doesn't even matter if I've just finished dinner, I find myself reaching for stuff.

Just got the teeth cleaned, and want to do the whitening thing for the potential SyndieBAM audition. That will happen once we check out the coupons for the products. I don't care which one I use. For the half hour applications, I just use it while I'm on the elliptical.

I have not had enough sleep. I notice that I eat more than needed and more sugar and salt when I need sleep. Noticing it, so far, has made no difference in me still doing it.

Yup, it took me half the day to realize that it was Thursday.

Duh.

I've been successful at getting some sort of exercise every day for a week or so now. I did 70 squats last night during a movie, and could have done more.

I signed up for an evening 5K on a trail in June.

Oops, that's today!

It was a pretty fair week for me. Got to the gym three times, walked and/or shuffled books around at the Friends of the Library booksale on the other days. Although the daily weigh-ins were all over the place, the moving average managed to nudge down for the week.

Today's weight = 193.4. Moving average = 193.8.
