I am sure it will be fine and I love my doctor. We will get a chance to catch up and just double check everything.

Well, the sigh was just sigh.

BP 124/70

Very good for me.

EKG clear.

Gained 5 lbs in the last 2 years. But I am actively working on that since I had gained closer to 10 and have taken 5 of it back off. With the full intention of going past that. Much easier at this time of the year.

Blood work will be in eventually.
