Yep.
Arkansas Razorbacks sophomore Danielle Gibson hits a 2 run homer, then a 3 run homer, then a grand slam, then hits a solo home run.
Pretty impressive.

..what country can preserve it’s liberties if their rulers are not warned from time to time that their people preserve the spirit of resistance? let them take arms.

War is where the government tells you who the bad guy is.
Revolution is when you decide that for yourself.

Being it was the Razorbacks, I wouldn't be surprised if they lost the game.....BackInTex wrote:Yep.

Re: Arkansas Softball Player Hits for the Home Run Cycle
I seem to remember a college baseball player pulling this off about 15 years ago or so.
I was watching this game on ESPN. It's probably the best chance anyone's ever had to hit for the homerun cycle in MLB...

Scroll down to the play by play and pay particular attention to Tino Martinez's at bats. I'd wager a lot of money nobody other than him ever had THREE chances to complete a homerun cycle in a game before...

I watched the last part of that game! I’d hoped I’d finally get to see an MLB player hit his fourth homer of the game. I remember thinking how cool it was that the Yankees got him a second ninth-inning at bat. But I don’t think I knew that he had a chance for a home run cycle. —Boblittlebeast13 wrote:I seem to remember a college baseball player pulling this off about 15 years ago or so.

After I posted that, it occurred to me that Martinez is probably the only player in history to have FOUR chances at hitting a fourth homer in a single game. That's just crazy...
