Why not a separate thread. Jarnon's post shoulda been the last one in Pittsburgh shooters one, but that's just me.
We all live in a global society, but ymmv. Obviously.
Here's wiki, with bibliography, etc. Yes, Soros is a globalist, specifically open bordery, and related. He also has done some decent stuff. And not so decent.

Like you, most American politicians are probably unaware of the connotation. (That’s not the case in his native Hungary.). I hope they become educated and use more appropriate insults.
That’s BS. People don’t dislike Soros because he’s Jewish, it’s in spite of it. He is dangerous to our country.
How is Soros "dangerous to our country" any more than the Koch brothers? Both support organizations with whom they are in agreement, both fund politicians and parties that they agree with.
Soros vs the Koch Brothers.
Hate 'em or love 'em the Koch Brothers made their money building things, producing things, and employing people.
Soros made his money driving down the value of other's (including working class people) property and investment values to make himself rich.

So that's how they made their money. How they spend and WHY they spend their money is a reflection of their values and morals while making it. The Koch brothers spend their money to ensure they can continue to build, produce, and employ. Soros' spending is a little more indirect, but the motive is the same as how he made it.

OK, so you don't like how Soros made his money. But why does that make him dangerous to our country?
