I thought I could hang out with y'all for a while and not go crazy watching the Rockies-Cubs Wild Card game. So much for that -- 10th inning, score tied 1-1. Aargh!

Congrats!
I stayed up and watched until the end. It was a well called game behind the plate but the front office reviews were obviously slanted for a Cubs win.
My wife and I were in Denver over the weekend visiting our granddaughter (and our daughter and her husband, but let's be honest, no granddaughter no visit). Anyway, my son-in-law is a huge Rockies fan so we watched, unfortunately, most of the games this past weekend, and on Monday. I'm glad to see the Rockies advance, but I wish they could have earned the division championship.

WooHOO! We watched while at trivia, but my (Rockies fan) son was the only one of us who stayed for the duration.

Boonie and I fell asleep on our respective recliners.
It was 1-0 Rockies when I fell asleep.
I am always happy when friends are happy (re: sports teams).

Actually, I believe that is a case of "purple mange." First, the fur goes purple, then it falls out in clumps...
