So what?
The issue at hand is whether the current occupant of the Oval Office betrayed the country by standing next to a hostile foreign government's leader and giving him "attaboys" for his attacks on our democracy. Whether previous Administrations could or should have done more to prevent those attacks in the past is nothing but a distraction. --Bob

Very well. We don't have a democracy. We have a REPUBLIC which Trump is okay with a hostile foreign power attacking. Is that better?
