This is true. But in today's world I'm actually more worried about the opposite phenomenon. In business and in public policy, we frequently have to make decisions knowing that we don't have all of the facts, or all of the time we might like to analyze them. We can't let paralysis by analysis stop us from making those decisions. And particularly in connection with public policy, we need a broad public understanding that sometimes you just have to make decisions while the jury is still out, because the failure to make a decision is itself a decision. --Bob
