WWTBAM Bored

Judge Reinhardt died from a heart attack yesterday while visiting his dermatologist. He was a leading voice of Ninth Circuit jurisprudence for most of his career. When I was in law school, I interviewed with Judge Reinhardt for a judicial clerkship (which I didn't get). He was quite impressive and his opinions demonstrate a formidable intellect.

He will be missed. --Bob
