WWTBAM Bored

Please help. My new best friend, BeansCat, sent me an e-mail to tell me about a problem. Beans said that he/she (I haven't asked) can't log in to post or read the PM I sent. Beans gets this message: "You have specified an incorrect or inactive username, or an invalid password." Beans got another password, but the same error message came back again.

What can he/she do? Did somebody accidentally click some administrative thing that messed up Beans' account? If so, can you unclick it? Can you help for Beans' sake -- and for mine, because I like getting letters?
