The Boss is Coming to Charlotte

tonight - which is good news - I will be in attendance - my 4th Springsteen concert.
I like his most recent album - I've been watching my DVD of the Rising Tour concert in Barcelona to get ready for the event.
My kids do not like this at all. There is no accounting for taste.
My favorite part of Springsteen concerts is seeing how much better I've aged than most of his fans.
I suspect they've had more fun along the way.

My old man worked 20 years on the line
and they let him go

I was 9 nine years old and he was working at the
Metuchen Ford plant assembly line
Now he just sits on a stool down at the Legion hall
but I can tell what's on his mind
