When T-Mobile made me buy this new tablet

because their system upgrades made my 2-year-old tablet see 4-G service as 2-G service, my credit card got rejected.
This puzzled me, as I had just bought groceries at the neighboring Trader Joe's with it.
I pulled out my phone to call the CC co & there was a text on it from them about a suspicious purchase attempt.
Apparently, me spending $116.00 at T-Mobile (it was supposed to have been $75.00, which included a $50.00 "sorry about our upgrade" rebate, but T-Mobile lies a lot) looks suspicious to Barclay's Bank.
At least I didn't get arrested for it.
