In other news, he's named Michael D. Brown, former head of FEMA under President George W. Bush, to supervise relief and clean-up efforts in Texas. In announcing the appointment, Trump cited Brown's "highly successful" relief effort in New Orleans in the wake of Hurricane Katrina. As the President put it, "Brownie did a heckuva job." --Bob

Given the roadblocks he received from the Democrat Governor and Mayor, he did a fantastic job. Alabama and Mississippi recovered quickly. Guess you wish to rewrite that history at well.

So did California. But we didn't take the brunt of the storm.

Perhaps you missed the film from the Superdome. --Bob

Before FEMA was asked to assist? Or after it all went to shit because of the inept LA and NOLA leadership, then FEMA was allowed to come in and blamed for the disaster?

He doesn't lie enough or say enough stupid things that you have to make stuff up? You're as bad (and unfunny) as the current set of late night hosts.

Funny requires a sense of humor to appreciate. Let me know when you borrow one.

As for stupid things, today Donny fomented and encouraged open disrespect for the courts and the rule of law by pardoning a state law enforcement official who was convicted of criminal contempt of court for openly defying a court order. Obviously state attorneys general will have to take a more aggressive role in future law enforcement activities. Donny's pardon power extends only to federal crimes. --Bob

You're getting to be as bad as Flock with your alternative facts.

The American public disagreed with you, which is why the Democrats regained control of Congress in 2006 (before the brunt of the financial crisis hit).
