Looks like jury nullification to me

The seven armed people who seized federal property in Oregon were acquitted of all charges. I'll be interested to hear the jury's reasoning, if any of them give interviews.

That acquittal happened last year.

What happened yesterday was a different case (with some of the same actors) regarding grazing rights in Nevada. It acquitted most of the participants of most charges (but not everything).

The story is dated today. I remember the acquittals last year, but based on the story, I think this one happened in Oregon. --Bob

Bob,

Read the article that you posted. It has a quote from Oregon's governor, dated in October 2016, after the Oregon acquittal. There was a decision this week regarding a Nevada standoff.
