Well, it's going to meet resistance from me as the first round of recommendations was to get rid of their mainframes. Public-private partnerships are all the rage right now. We in southern Indiana have a somewhat dim view of them right now. It's only one data point, but it's a fairly powerful one. Much like the Kansas economic experiment, poor execution can lead to spectacular failures, even if the core idea is good.
BTW, I applaud Flock for actually doing what most of my conservative friends won't even do, and trying to find positive things that administration is doing. We may disagree, but I would rather disagree this way, as opposed to the normal trench-dug shouting matches.
