It seems I am the last person to hear that beginning in 1958, Charles A Lindbergh fathered 7 children with 3 European women. And now we know why he was obsessed with intercontinental air travel

Ironically, I know less about my Juch ancestors than any other branch of my family. If I'm closely related to Brigitte and Marietta Hesshaimer I don't know it. His secretary, Valeska's last name hasn't been revealed.

When I was in Maui and saw the Charles Lindbergh gravesite, I remember someone in the tour group wondered where his wife was buried (turns out she was cremated and the ashes scattered); I figured she had been buried elsewhere because they had a rather tenuous relationship in later years.
I just re-read about Anne Morrow Lindbergh, and she wasn't exactly true to her vows either (no "outside" children, though.)
