After being a "dating" couple for the last 32 years, The Baboo and I will soon become husband and wife. We are getting married this Thursday (May 25) at the Viva Las Vegas Wedding Chapel. The King of Rock and Roll will be performing the wedding ceremony and singing three songs during the ceremony. Our wedding will be live streamed so that all our friends who can't make it to Las Vegas can watch it while it happens. If you have any interest in seeing a LV Elvis wedding, go to the Viva Las Vegas Wedding Chapel website and click on "find a wedding". Put in May 25 on the calendar and look for the Matheny/Smith wedding. Once you click on that, you will go to our personal wedding page where you can read how we met, how I proposed, and why we chose a Las Vegas wedding. There is a countdown clock telling how long until our ceremony begins. Once the timer gets to 0:00, the live stream should start. If you miss the live version, the video will be archived on our personal page for 90 days.

It has been a long time coming so I hope it is a lot of fun. We leave at the crack of dawn Tuesday morning and will be out there until we come home on May 31. I hope our stamina holds out for the entire eight days we are out there.

The Baboo and I got back from Las Vegas late last night. We had a family emergency while in LV on the day our wedding was scheduled and had to re-schedule from May 25 to May 30. If you have any interest in seeing a Las Vegas Elvis wedding, here is how to watch ours.

(2) Click on "find a wedding"
(3) Select May 30 on the "find a wedding" calendar
(4) Click on Matheny/Smith wedding
(5) Click on the video to watch it.
