Congrats to seersuckersuit for the only green on a slow rankings week.

Congratulations to gsabc for having the highlight of his week immortalized in Bored history!
PSM didn't move up this week? Is she sick?

If it weren't for the honor, I'd rather have walked. Versus running, of course, with reruns pending.

back atcha!

I suppose I should try to get a little more active. I don't know whether I will, but I should try. --Bob

It occurs to me to wonder -- although no one can match (or at least has matched) The Streak, I wonder if I've ever gone an entire week without posting. I don't think I have, at least not since the very early days of the Bored. I wonder how many posters in the current Top 100 (or the current extended rankings) have gone their entire posting careers without ever showing up in bold or italics (or being eligible to do so if the rankings descended far enough to capture them). --Bob

It also occurs to me to wonder just how active I'll have to be to regain my former lofty perch at number 48. I'm tired of being a square. --Bob

Bob, I've been blaming YOU for my lack of moving up a notch or two! If you would just take a week or two off from posting, I might see green! At least I'm at a number I can remember for the time being.

I am sure that lb can tell you this information, if he is so inclined.

I need to get posting and pass linus - then linus and ging would be together once again.
Oh the Talent show - those were the days.
I wonder how Juicy Jaye P is doing these days?

Thanks as always for doing this, LB.
This little beast, a Lystrasaurus, was lucky enough to be the only herbivore known to survive the end-Permian extinction. This is probably fortunate for us because he was related to our ancestral line at that time!

That is a very good question!
Obviously, it would be way too time consuming, even by my standards, to check everyone, though it could be done. Doing a quick scan of the list, I can't find anyone other than myself and possibly you who I don't think took a week or so off at some time during the last 7 years. Of course, since there was a 3 year period where the weekly rankings weren't exactly weekly, it's kind of hard to truly verify a weekly streak, though since I do have every rankings list with the exception of my first rankings (Oh, the irony!), it would be possible to look up
boldness or
italicsness....
