Here's the deal, Bob. You might want to soften your hatred and move a little bit back to reality. Trump is a very thin skinned guy. We all know that. If you and those like you who have vowed to use any petty, stupid method to hamstring his administration continue to do so past his boiling point, he could decide to emulate Harry Reid. There is NOTHING preventing him, except his own self control, of which he seems not to have much of, directling the Congress, which is is controlled NOT by your party, to create x new Supreme Court Seats. How many more? However many he wants. Franklin Roosevelt was THIS close to doing so. Then he would nominate however many justices he feels fair and get them confirmed using Reid precedent. You want that? Neither do I. Calm down.

FDR couldn't pull that off at the height of his popularity, after having actually won a mandate. I'm not worried. --Bob

I'm sure that Napoleon Bonafart accepted defeat and applauded the Court's decision. A true American like the turdclapping wankspoon currently occupying the White House immediately recognized how great our American judiciary system is, that it upheld the Constitution and the rule of law instead of just rubberstamping whatever the Republican Party wants. (If you believe those last two sentences, I have some swampland in Florida I'd like to sell you.)

Judge Robart issued a preliminary injunction. That order is appealable so the Ninth Circuit now will be able to consider Donny's order squarely on the merits. I don't know whether it goes to the same motion panel that reached the earlier decision or whether instead it goes to a separate merits panel. --Bob
