What? Did one of them not vote for himself or not vote at all? Perhaps you don't have to be a resident to serve. Still, it looks funny.

Oh yes. A lovely group of assholes. Heath and Jim Jenkins, a crazy rightwing fucker, who has been annoying for years, got too clever. RUDs do generally have very few residents, like new MUDs, but if you want to abolish those entities, taking away commercial tax funding for infrastructure, you're gonna hafta do better than that. These people are dicks.
