B: 1980
Bobby thought long and hard, recalling when Clinton was president and governor and even wondering, "How often is the Democratic National Convention?" If you know that, and when the last convention was, the question's a lot easier.

Conventions are every 4 years so counting back from 2016 brings us to 1980. This is a bit tricky because if you just go with 10X4=40 and subtract from 2016 you get 1976.

Cava is a wine, so it must come from grapes.
