A familiar face on sitcoms and game shows. Also originator of the role of Conrad Birdie (special to me because I played the part in a high school production) in Broadway's "Bye Bye Birdie".

His son, Dan, was a regular on our favorite soap opera, One Life to Live, for several years.

He also was Batman... at least for 30 seconds.

When they filmed a PSA about equal pay in the early 1970s, the had Yvonne Craig, Burt Ward, and producer/narrator Willian Dozier reprise their tv roles, but Adam West didn't want to take part, so Gautier wore the Bat-cowl.
