The Boney 500: Songs 62 and 61

Last ones for the week. The Top 60 starts up on Monday.
62. 25 OR 6 TO 4-CHICAGO (1970)
Album: Chicago II
My ears perk up every time I hear Terry Kath's killer intro. His solo later on really tears it up big time. The horn
arrangement is also classic. In fact, this song rocks harder than anything with horns in it ever did. The record
should've been sold with a fire extinguisher.
61. TENTH AVENUE FREEZE OUT-BRUCE SPRINGSTEEN (1975)
Album: Born To Run
A funky little number from the Boss and company. I always look forward to the part in the song where "the Big Man joins
the band"!
