This week's.

Won't give you thrills about HC's electronics prowess, but would convince all but the most rabid there's no malice involved.

Colin Powell, aghast at how backward govt electronics was (he labored to update stuff during his tenure) advised her to set up own server. So that her e-mail would actually work for one.

No he didn't. He never advised her to do so. He did explain how and why he used a private email (not his own server) for non-classified communications. That is it. Period.
If you want a quote from Powell, use this:
Everything HRC touches she kind of screws up with hubris.”

Colin Powell Endorses Hillary Clinton for President

Key quotes:
Clinton reportedly told FBI investigators that Powell had advised her on the use of a private email server while she was secretary of state. Powell has said he has no recollection of the conversation.

Nonetheless, Powell called Clinton a “friend” whom he has known for 20 years.

“She is smart. She is capable. She was a good secretary of state,” Powell said. “She is balanced, she has temperament, and no matter what anyone says she’s got stamina ... I think she is fully qualified to serve as the president of the United States and I think she will serve it with distinction.”

Even her friends and advisors note that Hillary tends to be very guarded and overcautious in everything she says and does. And there's good reason, considering how Republicans and right wingers have engaged in 25 years of witch hunts against her, just looking for any stray comment or little action to pounce upon.

Contrast that with Trump, who certainly isn't very guarded in what he says, but has kept a degree of secrecy over his tax returns and business dealings that is astonishing. If Hillary tried to claim she couldn't release any of her tax returns for decades, the right wingers would have been on this every single day, claiming that she'd been hiding one sort of payoff after another.
