Chances have improved for the LA 2024 Olympics

Rome has dropped out of the bidding for the 2024 Olympics over concerns of excessive costs (and cost overruns). This leaves Budapest, Paris, and Los Angeles as the only locations left bidding for the 2024 Summer Games.
