WWTBAM Bored

Interesting how many Eagles fans there are here in the western Minnesota/North Dakota area there are this year. Obviously, everybody is following Carson Wentz. My guess is that there were very few Eagles fans here prior-probably less than for 90% of the other teams.

Using myself as a poor example, I am not much of a pro-football fan. I did not watch much of the Vikings game (I hardly ever do), however, I watched most of the Eagles game.

Carson's the NFC Offensive Player of the Week, as well as the NFL Offensive Rookie of the Month. (Can't they think of names for honors that aren't "offensive"?) But he might not know it, because it's the Eagles' bye week and he's hunting in North Dakota.

One of the funniest stories that I saw about Carson was about his long-time girlfriend. They started dating in high school and kept it going through college. As the story said-"Even though they attended college in different states. He was in ND and she went to Minnesota."

Um, both NDSU and Concordia College are in the Fargo/Moorhead Metropolitan Area. They are maybe 5 miles apart. They are part of the tri-college system with a Minnesota state college and students can take classes at all 3 colleges, if needed.

Yeah, but those are five long miles.
