2K: Never heard of appliance, & I was "alive at the time", but have heard of theory.

7: The "pee" saying is old Jewish saying (which I learned not at home but from movie "Hester Street") & Judge J is said to have Jewish heritage. 2nd saying just sounds more like JJ. Who I can't stand. She told some interviewer she judges white people in her court on their blush reflex. Didn't say what she uses for darker-skinned people. Go w/ JJ.

20K: ATA

50K: like B, but use 50/50 & +1

Neither magic nor bullet.

It's Magic Bullet. I think it's a blender or juicer.

It's kind of a single-serving mixer/blender. The jar is a small mug. They are available at most department stores. I got one from Costco years ago.

My daughter's ship's current mission or research survey is called PASCAL, for "Passive Acoustic Survey of Cetacean Abundance Levels."
The primary focus is on beaked whales, which are so deep diving and elusive that some species have never been seen alive. They often travel in small groups, staying underwater for an hour or more at a time.
The expedition on NOAA Ship Bell M. Shimada will employ a newly-developed system of about 20 drifting buoys that will quietly listen for whales hundreds of feet below the ocean surface. Researchers from NOAA Fisheries’ Southwest Fisheries Science Center will deploy the low-cost buoys up to 300 miles offshore as the ship traverses waters off California, Oregon and Washington.
Since they began the mission she has posted video of some of the whales they've spotted, specifically a Sperm Whale and a Blue Whale. She has yet to personally spot a Beaked Whale which is the primary purpose of their mission.

Revolution is when you decide that for yourself.

I know that's the right answer, but ham radio operators don't use 10 code. as a ham friend of mine huffily informed me about 30 years ago.

He's moving the antenna and doesn't know whether he'll put it back up when he gets moved. Hope so -- in an emergency, IIRC, you don't need a cell tower, you have your own, and you don't even need electricity or a generator, just a battery.

I gave myself hypercarotenosis about a million years ago -- the carrots right out of the garden tasted so good to me that year, so I was eating four or five every day. The doctor at my annual checkup was alarmed enough to check it out with some of her colleagues, and she called me back sort of laughingly to put a name to it. Since then, if I get a yellowish tinge creeping into my palms, I just cut back on the garden-fresh carrots.

This was just on this weekend on TNT. I didn't even try to follow Episodes I, II, and III -- JarJar is so annoying, I couldn't take it. But I really enjoyed IV, V, and VI.
