Hugh O'Brian was in the first stage play I ever saw. I was six years old and he was playing John Adams in a touring company of 1776. We saw him at an outdoor theatre in Berlin NJ (or somewhere thereabouts) where the weather really was hot enough to hatch a stone. But he still came out after the show and talked with the audience.
I have no such fond memory of Phyllis Schafly.

I was pretty young for Hugh O'Brian, but I do remember 10 Little Indians, and I was furious because of how much they changed the book (And Then There Were None) written by my beloved Agatha Christie.
Schlafly said infuriating things all the time. Sorta like Trump.
