Week 14 of the countdown begins.
85. SOMETHING/ANYTHING-TODD RUNDGREN (1972)
A little bloated in spots perhaps, which is often the case with double albums, but still chock full of pop and rock gems
like "Couldn't I Just Tell You", "It Wouldn't Have Made Any Difference", the hits "Hello It's Me' and "I Saw The Light",
and the naughty pair of "You Left Me Sore" and "Slut", among others. The first three sides are entirely Todd, all the
vocals and all the instruments, while the fourth is comprised of musicians gathered at the last minute and recorded live
in the studio.
