This is funny-- and totally unbelievable.

Love the new photo of the grandbaby! Does he smile all the time?

He stays pretty happy. I even got him to laugh out loud the other day.
Thanks! :D

Well, I certainly have one of these. Hubby usually asks me who's playing in the Super Bowl. Actually, this year we were in the air during the game on our way to Mexico. We didn't know who even won til about midnight when someone mentioned it in the bar.

However, when it comes to hockey, that's another story. He's still not that bad though. He mainly roots for our local Junior A team. He also plays and referees hockey. Hey, it's Canada - we are weaned on hockey!

One time, Dr Dick brought home edible body paint. He thought it would be great foreplay. I said "You gonna wash the sheets?"

It didn't go well from there.

A few days later, I told him that really great foreplay would be if I came home and he was cleaning the bathroom.

He never, ever cleaned the bathroom during our entire marriage.

the end

My husband called when I was in the hospital after Erin was born to ask where to put the detergent in the dishwasher. We had only lived in the house for 7 years at the time, so I cut him some slack...

Did he need a lesson on how to properly use the Downy ball....? :P

Why would one want to eat edible paint when one can eat an edible body(part)? :o

I have a repo story to go along with the edible thing. Cleaning out a repossesed tent trailer, I came across a couple of packages of edible panites along with a couple of "roaches" (drug not insect) and a bong. Also a couple of other misc things and they were not camping related. I did destroy the drug stuff, and called the former owner and asked if she wanted any of the personal stuff that we had found. She actually said to me, "no, you just enjoy".

I still have no idea what an edible panty tastes like. Suppose I could ask someone here? :D

I have heard that it tastes like fruit leather, but I have never purchased them.

I would rather spend my money on real underwear.

These are the three that I will not do:

Ask directions, why should I, I know where I am going.
Do bathrooms, oh, I have, but it is a rare exception. Very rare.
Give up sport event for craft show--if I ever do, I need serious mental help.

The other, I do 'em all the time.  Well, most of the time.

When we were dating, he was going to the laundromat across the street from where I worked, and he asked if I needed him to wash any of my stuff, and I wasn't about to let him near my clothes since all of his socks and underwear had a pinkish tinge. You only save money in the short run by just shoving it all into one machine.

The last time my mom was in the hospital, my dad called her and told her she had to come home soon because the dishwasher was starting to smell.

I kid you not.

This is kind of a good news, bad news type of thing. I suppose we should be thankful there's not a sink full of dirty dishes.

Pea's dishwasher story is familiar, except the person I know didn't even notice the smell! When I got home from being gone a few days, it didn't take long for ME to figure out the dishwasher had been full of dirty dishes for a while.

After my mom died, I send my leftovers home with my dad so he gets home-cooked food sometimes. I always hope he'll drop by around dinnertime, so I always make extra. My containers usually come back semi-moldy, since I don't know how long they sit before he has enough dishes to justify a load.

I also bought him one of those two-level steamers so he could put rice in the bottom and veggies on the top, and then just toss some meat on the grill. He actually uses it sometimes!

This just goes to show that men and women are really very much alike: straight men enjoy watching good looking lesbian women, and if these pictures mean anything, they show that straight women enjoy watching good looking gay men.

The one difference, though, is that straight men like watching lesbian couples, whereas straight women apparently like watching individual gay men (in these pictures, the gay partners are off camera; perhaps they are the ones actually taking the photos?)

Are you going to tell me that the tooth fairy isn't real too? ;)

Who'd have thought I qualified as a porn star? My comments are below. FWIW, the marriage is at 29 years and counting.

Even if I made it, GW wouldn't eat it. I can cook, but nowhere as well as GW. We made an early deal. She cooks. I clean up. We both get what we want.

Image
We shared baby duty. Oddly, she was more sensitive to HS's sounds, and I was more prone to waking with BD. Either way, we're still catching up on sleep some 25 years later.

Image
Frankly, I WISH she'd do this once in a while. Some of those items that have gotten lost in the back of the fridge get very ripe.

Image
Unless the Pats are playing, who cares? But then, she's more interested in the other teams anyway, so she wouldn't even bother with the crafts fair.
Image
No problems here as well.

Image
I'M the one with the sense of direction. Our first "date" was a road rally where GW was my navigator. We got SOOOOO lost!
