A lot of folks got sick of this song. I never did. The intricately woven voices and richly textured instrumentation
always makes it an interesting listen for me. The mood is complicated, too..beautiful, but also dark, mysterious, and
even a little spooky.

A lot of vocalists have sung this song. I don't think anyone has sung it better. Then again, you can say that about a
lot of songs that Brother Ray applied his vocal cords to.

Roomie wandered into a Facebook post with "We Are the World" the other day and played it all.

I said the only way that could have been better is if Ray Charles had sung the whole song by himself.

We're into the heavyweights now . . .
