Well, that didn't take long

#1 Post by Bob78164 » Sat Jul 30, 2016 12:30 am

I've been asking people concerned about Secretary Clinton's e-mail usage, "Do you think Trump would take better care of classified material?" I'm seeing reports that he's already proved me right.

Trump apparently just received his first classified briefing. If the reports I'm reading are correct, it should be his last, and Comrade Trump should be expecting the FBI to come knocking on his door any day now. It seems that at a Colorado rally, Trump complained about the rent we're paying to Saudi Arabia for our military base there. The problem is that we have no publicly acknowledged bases there, so the very existence of such a base is (or at least was) classified. It would be funny if not for the very real damage to American interests. --Bob

Interesting. He made the reported remarks. The issue is whether he has in fact begun receiving classified briefings.

Of course, this means the best-case scenario for Comrade Trump is that his claim had nothing to do with reality. But the country can't afford for the White House to be a fact-free zone. --Bob

LOL. You guys will grab at anything an everything.

The fact that we have military personnel in Saudi Arabia is not a secret. It may not be officially announced, but it is not unknown in the region. The fact that we operate there militarily is no secret. What the missions are, are.

The Saudi Arabia government is the "official owner" of those bases, wink wink. What Trump is complaining about is simple. We are paying the Saudis for our guys to operate on "their" bases when we are providing security for the region, which benefits the Saudis.
..what country can preserve it’s liberties if their rulers are not warned from time to time that their people preserve the spirit of resistance? let them take arms.

War is where the government tells you who the bad guy is.
Revolution is when you decide that for yourself.
