Can't read w/o subscribing to groupon. At least not from tablet. I guess I can google antenna.
Right now the antenna I have is fine. If NBC really does desert local channel 7 next year for some tiny NH station, I'll need that antenna.
The hope is that FCC won't let them; broadcasting to reach Boston market, over the *air*, is one of the bases for their license in this area. NBC is having a big tiff with the owner of channel 7 (WHDH); basically, owner won't sell it to NBC. Tiff has been going on for years, but NBC says when current contract expires, they're out.

There are a lot of ads. I guess there are still people other than me watching over the air.
Last weekend I suddenly lost signal, after 12am, from stations that I know from past experience share their broadcast antenna. No bad wearher, so probably down for maintenance. Back by 8am the next day.

You've had a lot fewer hassles getting everything OTA. My continuing problems with Comcast now have resulted with inoperative Wi-Fi. A tech is coming out this morning to replace my modem/router.

I'm surprised you let them choose on this. Are they doing it for free? My sister in NYC has had multitudinous router & wifi probs. The monopoly vendor wants to sell her inferior stuff every time they "upgrade" their service, so she buys her own instead. She has more things to run off the connections than just cable shows, as I'd assume so do you.
She was convinced everything was broken a few weeks ago, but it was just a "cable out w/no warning" occurance. I tell her to check the internet for complaints about these, but that's not infallible either. People are getting too jaded about this stuff to even complain.
BTW, my sister *can* get CBS & I think something else OTA from where she is in Manhattan, because the broadcast tower is close enough.

No, there's no charge. They were supposed to be here between 8 and 10. However, I just got a phone call confirming my appointment between 10 and noon.

Can I recommend a lovely song "Waiting" by the lovely & wonderful Short Sisters (they're not really sisters, but they're all short. Well, 2 of them are.). They didn't write it though, I don't think. Tablet won't let me do ref.
Boy are there a lot of "waiting" songs on the net, & so far none the right one! The Sisters' song mentions the Cable Guy, be assured.
