Sorry Bob. Hope your trip was fun though.
Thanks, but it wasn't a surprise. --Bobkayrharris wrote:Sorry Bob. Hope your trip was fun though.
They appear to have bailed on the edition. Perhaps they'll do it next year. --Bobgeoffil wrote:What happened to the Halloween special edition with the man in the seer sucker suit?

Thanks for the reply. What a shame to go to all that trouble of getting a costume and auditioning for it to be cancelled.
Well, I did already have the costume or most of it. But now most of my hometown know just how crazy I am.ulysses5019 wrote:geoffil wrote:Bob,

Shoulda gone with the seersucker suit.
TPTB succeeded in pissing me off.geoffil wrote:What happened to the Halloween special edition with the man in the seer sucker suit?
I believe he had already tried that, before.ulysses5019 wrote: Shoulda gone with the seersucker suit.
Hey! I resemble that remark!MarleysGh0st wrote:I believe he had already tried that, before.ulysses5019 wrote: Shoulda gone with the seersucker suit.
And even though they cancelled the Halloween theme week, TPTB could have gone ahead and called him for a regular edition taping. You know, like they do for all the leftover college students.
When I said "leftover" college students, I refer to those specifically chosen for a special "College Week" edition who did not get their turn in the Hot Seat during that time, who were thereafter given a slot in a regular edition, instead. I don't believe you fall into that category.clem21 wrote:Hey! I chose my screen name based on what I wore to the Savannah audition way back in 2001. I tried it again in Atlanta for the first syndie audition there.ulysses5019 wrote:themanintheseersuckersuit wrote:Well, I did already have the costume or most of it. When I taped my show at WDW, we had two leftover college students who started out the day. As a result, we had a couple or three in my group who did not tape on Friday or Sunday. As far as I know, they never were invited to NYC.MarleysGh0st wrote:When I said "leftover" college students, I refer to those specifically chosen for a special "College Week" edition who did not get their turn in the Hot Seat during that time, who were thereafter given a slot in a regular edition, instead. We do have one BB, uasnake2000, who was invited down to WDW to tape in January '05 but then bumped from his slot by such a college student. He was never invited back for another chance.
I changed the remaining green dates (except for Mike Hardware) to orange to reflect the expiration of the happy cards. --BobMarleysGh0st wrote:Ummm, what did you add to this list, after all this time, Bob?
