If there was ever a question that should have been rephrased for a PAF, this was it. All of that about the Bushes was irrelevant and it was safely implied by the choices that John Adams was #2.

NAC about High School Musical, so it's time to ATA. I suppose if one wanted to gamble on how the question writers think, Albuquerque was too odd a choice to be anything but the right one.

A waste of a lifeline. She knew the answer, but even if she hadn't, by saying that she had taken a lot of Shakespeare courses she would have prejudiced the audience.

J. Adams was 2 (as the PAF knew). Jefferson was 3, Madison was 4, Monroe was 5 and Jackson was 7, leaving JQ Adams as #6.

elwing has seen both of these and knew it immediately. As for me, I'd have used ATA to see how strong the audience response was. The only one I could eliminate would be Tulsa.

So, is Albuquerque the "MAWG" location because it was too boring to even portray itself, or is it Utah for the fact that the filmamkers did not want to set their story there?

Utah is actually a popular filming area. My nephew co-starred (in a very broad interpretation of that term) with Katherine Heigl in her first movie, "Wish Upon A Star". Disney thing, and filmed at a school near his home. I wonder if it was the same one. The school principal also had a bit part.

Filming there is one thing. Saying that the story is set there is something else!

Yep, and the complete waste of the ATA which may well have given her the answer to this 25K Q costs her a significant chunk of change as well.
