The Boney 500: Album #139

We've already heard a selection from this on the favorite songs list. The whole album made the cut here...
139. TUG OF WAR-PAUL MCCARTNEY (1982)
Macca reunited with Beatles' producer George Martin for this, and the result was his
strongest album in years. OK, I'm not wild about "Ebony And Ivory", but "Take It Away"
is great pop, his song for John, "Here Today", chokes me up, "Ballroom Dancing" is a fun
little romp, "The Pound Is Sinking" is a quirky throwback that almost sounds like it could've
been on the White Album....and of course, the production and engineering is impeccable.
