The Boney 500: Album #141

One more album for this week. We'll pick up on Monday with #140.
141. MOTT-MOTT THE HOOPLE (1973)
I wore this album out back in the day. Ian Hunter and Mick Ralphs (who later formed
Bad Company) led this band, who went from glam-rock to introspective Dylan-like tracks
and back again without missing a beat. The quiet numbers were mostly ok, but those
rockers really did the trick. "All The Way From Memphis" and "Drivin' Sister" are
particular favorites.
