Mid-day edition...

Second day of training, this time for people who are out in the field and had to drive in (up to four hours distance). Some have been using the system for a long time but there were quite a few newcomers as well. It's nice to be able to put faces with names (and in some cases voices).

I have found that when names and voices have become real people, things are different. Usually different for the better. Hope you find that as well.
