I didn't mention it before, but this is a game show-related passing. Grundy was an Australian media mogul who produced several American game shows in the 1980s and 1990s. $ale of the Century and Scrabble were his biggest successes. He also produced the short-lived ABC game show Hot Streak. That was the only American show hosted by British TV icon Sir Bruce Forsyth, who has hosted a number of British versions of American shows (such as Dancing with the Stars and Card Sharks).
Grundy passed away on Friday at age 92.
