RIP Barbara Turner

Screenwriter and mother of actress Jennifer Jason Leigh. Among her screenplays were Georgia (one of Leigh's best roles) and the Oscar-nominated Pollack. She was married for several years to Leigh's father, Vic Morrow, when he got his big break starring in the TV series Combat.
Age 79.
