James Noble: Actor Known for Role as Gov. Eugene Gatling in 'Benson' Dies at 94, Spokesman Says

Noble, who suffered a stroke last week, died on Monday in Connecticut, a spokesman for his family told The New York Times. Noble was also known for his work on Broadway.

In Bob's defense, James Noble has only been dead for a couple of days... unlike, say, Don Knotts or Jean Stapleton.
