Thanks for the birthday greetings, everyone. For dinner, this evening, I went to a Turkish restaurant that I'd never tried before. The Cacik appetizer was delicious, as was the Sutlac I had for dessert. I found the Yaprak Doner Kebab a bit dry, though; it could have used a bit of sauce. And I experimented with the glass of the Şalgam--well, I don't need to try that experiment again. Much too salty for my taste.

Is it just me, or does that menu sound, 'riske" LOL
