Thomas Koppl, mayor of Quickborn, Germany, posted a copy of the German constitution on his Facebook page. The only problem is that he posted a screenshot of the site where the Constitution was posted, and that screenshot showed the other tabs open on his browser. These included webpages entitled "Punishment Porn Videos," BDSM Porno Videos," and the ever-popular "German Slut Punished." When confronted, the mayor finally fessed up but said he was merely researching BDSM after hearing a couple of men at a ski lift discuss it and that he never actually watched any of the porn because his internet connection was too slow (I guess that's the 2016 version of "I never inhaled").

Didn't Pete Townshend try that "just doing research" excuse when he got busted for porn a few years ago?
