MAYS LANDING, N.J. (AP) — A man pleaded guilty on Wednesday to killing his mother two days after he completed a 30-year prison sentence for killing a neighbor.
Maybe he needed a 31-year sentence.

He would have just killed her in 365 days, unless she would have died between now and then.
What he needed was the death penalty. The recidivism rate is 0.000000000% (rounded to the nearest billionth of a %) for those receiving that punishment.

So is the rate of innocent convicts freed. Which, unfortunately, is strictly less than the rate of innocent defendants convicted.
Life without parole solves the recidivism problem. --Bob

Tell that to Hector Ramirez, or rather his family.
After being found guilty and sentenced life without the possibility of parole, former NFL player Aaron Hernandez has reportedly murdered his new inmate named Hector Ramirez

Well, if you support the man in your picture, you have a host of other problems...I think I'd rather admit to supporting the guy that believed Joseph built the Pyramids to store grain against the coming famine...
