Ed's A Popular Guy...

My blog is getting inundated with search engine referrals this morning, all leading to my post about Confessor's glowing potato question, which has 262 views already today as I type (Or about twice as many hits as I generally get on my entire blog in a typical day). A similar thing happened a few weeks ago as well. I know the 15th anniversary just recently passed.... but the sudden interest is odd. Oh well, I hope they all like squirrel art!

Damn, Ed's really been working out the last 15 years! Or did he change his name to Caitlyn now?

I'm guessing the people visiting my blog are also the kind of people who only read Playboy for the articles...

Hey, I remember a classic "Donahue" episode from the 1970s where he had on Ray Charles. Coming off a commercial break, Phil held up a braille edition of the magazine. Ray flashed his trademark grin and said "I just feel the bumps!" :P

About 15 years ago my stepson was on a flight from London to Atlanta. He was traveling alone and the FA put him in first class. Ray Charles was also in first class and my son reported that Mr. Charles was reading a Braille edition of Playboy. I saw Mr. Charles as he was leaving Customs. The crowd was awesomely respectful.
