Easy for me. Guion is a graduate of Overbrook High in West Philadelphia, as are Will Smith and Wilt Chamberlain.

20K: if engine fire, the engineers would have gone back to drawing board. Or at least introduced a cutoff mech.

So only tires really makes sense.

30K: gotta be a warm month because kids tend to be conceived in cold months. 50/50 & hope only 1 warm left.

50K: gotta be space because, sadly, the others would have gotten enough press for me to pick up on them.

I met an AA female astronaut, dunno if she was 1st, via a work colleague. Only to get to say "hi" & think "wow"

Just looked her up. She was 3rd, it appears..

I was able to pick out A as being Shirley Chisholm in 1968, and would have guessed C, but not gone for it without help.

Remarkably, the first African American to direct a Best Picture nominee was Lee Daniels for Precious just six years ago.

The only reason I know this is because I get a couple "Wish President Obama a Happy Birthday!" E-mails from national Dems. Oh, and while you're at it, include a donation . . .

Speaking of pioneering blacks in space, here's a show I want to watch during Black History Month:
TV Guide wrote:Oprah: Where Are They Now? (Feb. 6, OWN) Star Trek vixen Nichelle Nichols opens up about life on the Enterprise, Martin Luther King Jr.'s invaluable career advice and how she's managed to live long and prosper.
