21-year-old woman left a party in Milwaukee at 4:30 a.m. after an argument and started walking, well, somewhere (she lived in Oshkosh). She was wearing a tank top, shorts, and fish-net stockings in -27 degree (windchill) weather. She got less than two blocks before collapsing and was found dead the next morning. She had a history of drinking problems.
