Stoopid criminal of the day

A Henrico County VA (Richmond suburbs) has been sentenced to 1-1/2 years for bigamy (five years, with 3.5 suspended) after pleading No Contest.
How he got caught is the stoopid part.
He was in jail (the article doesn't say for what), and his wife visited him.
So did his wife.
Yep, two wives (his second wife and third wife) came to see him at the same time.
But that isn't what they hit him with -- the charge (after some investigation) was bigamy with his FIRST wife and second wife. Apparently, he was served with notice that she was divorcing him, so he decided that was when he could marry wife #2, got the license that day.
