So elwing went to her interview yesterday. It turns out that she was in a group of 16 and she was the oldest one there. The HR person took the group around to show them the facilities and then did some one-on-one. The good news is that elwing was asked to come back today for a more in-depth interview process.

She got the job! Her training starts this Sunday and will run for the next 8 weeks from Sundays through Wednesdays, from 8AM to 7PM (this was done to avoid interruptions for the holidays). This will cause some transportation issues, but nothing we can't overcome.
